Adverse Reactions

Adverse effects of urofollitropin include risk of multiple pregnancies and development of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Local adverse effects related to administration of injection included bruising, erythema, pain and itching. Other commonly reported adverse effects are pelvic pain, abdominal cramps, vaginal bleeding, nausea and headache.
